Sports and recreational activities

The Moraine Valley Cyclones take part in 12 sports including cross-country, men's baseball, soccer, and golf, women's basketball, cross-country, golf, soccer, volleyball, and softball. These include areas of special academic interest, like the Historical Society and the Psychology Club; diversity and religion, for example, The American Sign Language Club and Christian Fellowship; and media interests like the Glacier Student Newspaper and the Video Game Appreciation Club. In addition, Moraine Valley offers a whole range of facilities and activities for its students to enjoy in their spare time, such as the Health, Fitness & Recreation Center, a 1.45-mile jogging track, the library, the Fine and Performing Arts Center, the Student Union, and an observatory, including the Jack G.
